My friend is looking for a Studio or 1 bedroom apt in Astoria. Up to $1200 in rent. Anyone know of anything?

Re: Looking for Apartment in Astoria
I don't know of any listings, but she should definitely check out craigslist.org. That's how I found my place in Astoria.
If she has any questions about locations or neighborhoods in Astoria, definitely get in touch with me. I've lived in Astoria for 10 years, single and also with my FH.

We are trying Craigs List...calling the numbers, leaving messages and nobody ever calls back. I am just trying to help him because he has to be out of his apartment by May 1st

If you are willing to pay a broker fee, use Robert at Halvazis Realty. We found our apt. in Astoria through him, he's a really nice guy and knows Astoria really well.
