Craigslist is not treating us so well so I figured I'd try here!
Anyone looking to rent an apt or know of someone that is? Its for me, my FH, and our cat! Looking to spend around 1200-1250 max (including utilities)!

ETA: Preferably anywhere in Nassau... Willing to step over Suffolk border just a teeny bit if needed

we are actually moving out of our apartment august 1st....its in north massapequa., right off exit 30S. its a basement, pretty decent bedroom (fits queen size bed plus furniture) kitchen, long living room, and a spare room. they rented it to us saying it would be a dining room but we turned it into a computer room. we pay $1,115 that includes all utilities except phone and internet. we take her cable from upstairs
