Looking for BM dress

Trying again.....

Anyone have info of on this dress?

Its by Nina Nichelle and I saw it in Green Acres mall. Its kind of a hike for my girls to go out that far so i was wondering if any vendors carry closer to Nassau / West Suffolk.
