Looking for Co-ops

In my quest for finding a nice co-op that DH and I can actually afford , I wanted to ask if anyone knows about the following 2 complexes:
Windsor Park
Hollis Court (Gardens?)

I wanted to know a little about it from people who may live there or know others who live there (ie: safety of area, pets allowed or not, etc...)
