If it helps, my fiance is a foot taller than I am and my heels are like 1.5'...I figure even if I wear 3' heels, he'll still be 10' taller than me (taking into account he'll be raised from his shoes as well) so what's the point?

gentle souls by kenneth cole are like walking on clouds!!! im not sure if you can find anything thats wedding-ish but definitely worth a try, the entire insole is padded for support omg i cant even tell you how comfy they are

I had a pair of Chnese Laundry and a pair of dyables that I switched into for the reception. I wish I stayed inthe CHinese Laundry ones they were very comfy and IMO any of the dyable type shoes are always stiff no matter how much you break them in.

I got a pair of Caparros at DSW and they are great!!!! So comfy and really reasonably priced too (under $50)
They also had a few pairs of Liz Claiborne shoes that were also under $50 and very cute.
Just keep in mind these are not dyeable but I saw them in white and ivory.

I had these they were pretty comfortable by nina there were $99
Any Jessica Simpson shoes. You'd be surprised at how comfy they are!! They were the heels I'd wear to salsa class before my dog ate them. =(

I work Peter Fox shoes for my wedding. The style I wore had a 3 inch heel and they were fine all day. They are on the pricey side, but to me, it was worth it to avoid limping down the aisle!
