Looking for Knives

I don't have a clue about knives but I need some. I am looking but I do not even know what to look for.

What do you ladies have and how do yo like it? Also where did you get it?

I am a crate and barrel girl but I do not know if their knive sets are any good.

Thanks

Re: Looking for Knives

Wusthof and Henckles are the best!! We registered for Wustof b/c Consumer Reports rated them the best.

Re: Looking for Knives

If you want the best, go with Wusthof.
Global is an excellent knife, if you like the look, but Wusthof is probably the best all around.
