Looking for Mercury Glass pillar and taper candle holders..

Looking for Mercury Glass pillar and taper candle holders..

Does anyone know where I can find these for a decent price? They don't have to be the mercury glass but looking for that vintage look...I want to use all different heights for centerpieces.
If you're selling them anytime in the next year after your wedding please let me know too thanks!

I'm getting married in July of 2012 and will have a TON, all mismatched... but mine are crystal.. would that help you?

I don't have any pics of our actual candelholders yet, as we've only got about 30 so far... but they're all mismatched and look something what I'm posting below... (We've been going to vintage and thrift stores each weekend, hunting them down)

I'll be mixing them with mismatching budvases, so depending on what sort of budvases we find we may paint them to look like tarnished silver (that sort of silver/sort of gold look) or to look like milkglass (glossy white)

Right now they're all crystal like this...

those are gorgeous!!! But I am stuck on going with the silver vintage looking ones..thanks for posting! I'm going to take a look at some thrift stores that's a good idea. Are you just using those for your centerpieces? or are you incorporating flowers as well?

Not sure if it would be out of your price range, but I just got a catalog that has a set of 5 different candle holders for $120. The company is called 'at westend' website atwestend.com

we'redoing a mix of round and rectangle tables. round tables will have candelabras. rectangle tables will have about 20 candels of different hights mixed with mis matching bud vases. each bud vase will have 1 peony, in different shades of pink and orange (our wedding colors) running down the middle of the table end to end.

and it's been fun hunting around for pieces we love! makes for a lot of cheap/fun saturday afternoon dates!

You're welcome!!! I'm thinking of doing a whole bunch of mixed vintage candle holders for the mantle over the fireplace in the reception room. I may have to look around for some thrift/vintage shops in my area, or I may try to do it myself.

Try Ikea-- they have a lot of candle holders and are super reasonable.

I have a ton of candle holders. I will be selling them once i get back from the honeymoon. They are all clear glass but when its dark they looked great

I am using these for my wedding on the mantle. They are not mercury glass, but silver plated and look vintage. Also, I was in Home Goods today in massapequa and they had some as well...

My wedding is this November, so if I sell them, I'll be sure to let you know..the price isn't too bad..like 10 or 12 on that website and that is how much home goods had ones similar for as well
