Yes, I bought my flower at Wedding Library, they carry a line called Brideshead revisited that is very vintage and beautiful. Brideshead also has it's own website.

Etsy sells it online as well as overstocked. You can also try dept stores like Forever 21, Joyce Leslie, Century 21 Dept Stores, Macy's, H&M (has tons of silk flowers/hair pins, etc.). If you go to Canal Street in the City, there are tons of accessory vendors such as Gems, and a bunch of others.

6th avenue btwn 38th and 35th has a bunch of stores...
