Hey ladies, I am looking for a waterfront RH for around 80pp...(it would be great if you knew a place thats cheaper)...on a Friday night in May..for around 100 people..anywhere in LI or Westchester area. Were on a tight budget. Any info would help. Thanks!!!
Were considering CLM, which we love, but were trying to look around for more quotes.

I only looked at waterfront RH in May and the only ones that come close were CLM and West Sayville Country club. Riviera, Capt Bills and Timber Point were all more and the min was high.

My sister got married at the Riverview in Hastings (it's in westchester). I know their prices are very reasonable and it over looks the water. She had a small wedding aroung 60-70 ppl.

My FH and I had CLM as our second choice but they don't have an elevator and we need one for my older relatives. But the food was awesome go for the tasting and go on an empty stomache cause they give you a ton of food. They quoted us at 80 pp oh with a min of 100. Don't be afraid to negotiate with them!!! I think Chateu Le Mer is beautiful and very reasonably priced. They were on my top 3 RH's. I've heard nothing but wonderful things about them and everyone on here posts how excellent their food is.

You should look at the Riverview and also The Snapper Inn. I loved the snapper!

Beach Club Estate is renovating for the next 5 months, and when they finish, they're going to be charging about $30pp more than now, so that would probably take it out of your price range. Its sister property, Windows on the Lake, is really nice though, ceremony takes place right by the water and the view from the rooms is beautiful...they were offering pretty reasonable prices when we went there this past weekend (i was looking for may 2010 also)...i think that fri of memorial day weekend was about 85.
Riverview restaurant in oakdale is also right by the water, it's prob also in your price range, but i think they only do sat afternoon weddings. FM me if you want more details on anything

The Three Village Inn, Stony Brook is nice and so is the Miller Beach Surf Club in Miller Place.

Lessings halls are all water front. Timperpoint, you cannot see the water from the room but tallgrass you can.
