Looking in Queens?

Have you tried looking in the local papers? I know there is the Bayside Times that come out on Thursdays and I am sure Little Neck has one too.

Also I live in Bayside a few blocks from the train. There are houses around the corner that are 2 maybe 3 small bedrooms and are asking 800K. It's crazy...however there are other areas that may be more affordable. Also, keep in mind the taxes are really low especially compared to LI!!!
