Wish me luck....it changes minute to minute, so as of right now we are closing Wednesday afternoon (of course that is the day that our rate expires!) - so hopefully this will happen!

And, can I just tell you how many people have now told me they closed - 'the date the rate expired' (inc. myself)? I think the mortgage companies think it's fun to try and drive people crazy!!

Thank you for your well wishes...as of today, we are still scheduled for tomorrow, but the time has changed 3 times.......UGH!!
Pam, I think your right - the bank probably has bets on who has the nervous breakdown first
My only suggestion to other woman buying homes, is not to buy a home when you are pregnant - because with this experience, I could really go for a pitcher of frozen margeritas - but with only 13 weeks left to go with the pregnancy, I think I can wait - hahahaha
