Oh Wino, I wish I could tell you I started trying but this actually came as a surprise to me since I was on the pill (what I thought was the pill) and am still trying to lose the weight from my first pregnancy. I wish you all the luck in TTC, don't worry, don't stress about it are my two biggest pieces of advice. I think that alone slows the process!
