Do any of you gals have recommendations? I do not need catering because we have all the food. I just need someone to set up all the food, replenish, clean up and someone to grill the meats and clean up. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
I have a woman that I'm using for in august for an informal engagement party in my backyard that i used for my college graduation party in 2007. i'll FM you her number in an hour when i get home.
My sister actually took care of it for me, but she uses these people all the time. I'll try and get the number from here tonight.

My fiancee is doing odd jobs until we move to Colorado next month. What date is your e-party?
I have a number for a grill person. He worked during my e-party. He also has a server/waitress. FM if you want the info.
