Do they have full day kindergarten??

The answer is yes!!!! And ironically this is the first year we went full day kindergarten and even better yet - Lora is teaching kindergarten this year (and doing a fabulous job I might add)!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for letting me know. Not that it matters... my unborn child won't be going for 5 more years!

My first 4 days have been terrific! I have a wonderful class. The shame of it is I'll be on maternity leave for 15 weeks and won't get to enjoy them for the entire year!

Like Marni said, this is the first year we have full day. I taught sped. K-1 for the past 4 years and made the jump to K reg. ed. Mostly b/c I had been on the full day Kinder. committee for the past 4 years and actually wanted to see it first hand. I love it and I got a brand new classroom.

things at work are hectic and stressful due to many changes in my schedule......not worth getting into, but instead of complaining I'm trying my hardest to make lemonade out of these lemons - for the kids' sake!

Glad to hear you have such a great class.......and not getting to be with them a lot is worth it considering what is to come!!!!!!! xoxoxoxo

Jenn- just sent the FM- while I was typing, I got a phonecall from Japan that I had to take and distracted me. Well, I'd like to hear your thoughts on full day K., Especially what your kids can do. Going from sped to regular K is so different but wonderful! I am enjoying my time!
