Lorin!! HELP!

Save us JT girls some points and calories...

any cake filling choices absolutley not worth it?

I love Choc Ganache soo glad to hear they had that. Also how was their canolo filling?

Sure! well i really wanted to go for something different than cakes i usually have at weddings, not that they arent good, just my preferance.

so although there were 50 fillings to choose from, we sampled, chocolate fudge, vanilla and chocolate ganache, canoli, hazlenut buttercream , mocha buttercream, strawberry custard whcih was just strawberries mixed with whip cream, maplewalnut buttercream

the maple walnut bcv was good and definatley unique but a little to out there for my taste, it was like breakfasty tasting lol but coulda definatey been a contendar.

i liked the hazlenut bc a lot but i like hazlenut in general and fh doesnt so he didnt like it. it was delishhh to me!

mocha bc, loved it!

the chocolate fudge to me tasted more like chocolate mouse which i specifically didnt want mouse so i wasnt a big fan but fh liked it.

the canoli cream was good but to be honest, i kinda didnt want canoli cream cuz again, so many people have it so i was looking for different...if i was more interested i coulda given it more of a chance but on the first taste, i thought that i had tasted better.

the strawberries mixed with whip cream was reallly good!

vanilla ganache- MY FAV! chocolate ganache- love it!

no seriously, it was a little hard at first to get the hang of realizing what tasted good together and what overpowered or didnt compliment each other. so even if you know how a filling tastes already, i would ask to have a sample so you couold see how it is with other fillings. if i wasnt content with our choices, i woulda gone back another day to try more! it only takes them a few moments to make each but i called when they first opened this morning so they could prepare some for me beforehand

Except the walnut buttercream, no matter how good would NOT be at my wedding. I am allergic to walnuts and would BLOW UP in the face if I had any.. Could you IMAGINE! haha

Ive never had vanilla ganache that is def gonna be on my tasting list.. Sounds delish
