What's the best strategy for this? What type of excercise should I be doing?

Re: Losing inches
Alright, I admit it, I'm addicted to infomercials. I ordered THE FIRM off of the infomercial and I do it every morning, and man let me tell you, I've lost so many inches and 7 pounds so far. They have this one set of tapes are only 30 min long. 1/2 hour a day. can't beat it. IMO this is the best way to lose inches!

Re: Losing inches
Alina, I've also heard great things about the firm tapes. If you're interested in them, I saw them at Target this weekend! It was an entire set including a step! For $50, but could've been less!

Re: Losing inches
I have the Firm Videos, too!!!! I love them - but haven't been doing them lately. I lent them to my MOH - have to get them back. I also have the Windsor Pilates videos - haven't tried them yet.

Re: Losing inches
I just have to motivate myself to do the Pilates - that's where most of my trouble is - the mid-section and lower I find it hard to do the Firm videos unless I am super in the mood - those videos aren't easy!!!!!!!!

Re: Losing inches
the Firm are aerobics tapes that work with weights and a step. total body work out. It's not like old school aerobics that are just jumping jacks etc.

Re: Losing inches
I have The Firm, too! They are awesome. I agree with Karen that they are tough and sometimes I can't really motivate. But then I just do the ab tape becuase it is shorter and not to difficult for me. I have been forcing myself to do Body Sculpt more often because that one really works the coolie
I haven't lost inches, but I may have lost AN inch. hoping to make that a plural very soon.
