Lost E-ring with Update

could you imagine? A co-worker lost it at work today. If any of the students found it..it will probably never be seen again.

I feel so horrible for her. She just got married this past summer.

I couldn't even imagine. FH would KILL me!

Update: SHE FOUND IT! Thank god!

I was going to print her out a little riddle my mom always tells me to say if I misplaced jewelry.

'Engagement ring, engagement ring,
come home, or let thyself be known!'

It's silly, but my grandma taught it to her and now I use it. It usually works for me though.

FH jokes with me all the time that I can 'fake' lose it for insurance purposes but he would kill me if I really did lose it!

awww i feel so bad for her! i'd be devastate if i lost my e-ring, insured or otherwise, it wouldn't be the same even if it was replaced...

OMG When I saw the subject I first thought you lost yours and I was going to cry for you! But that's such a shame about your coworker! I feel sooo bad for her!

That is my biggest fear! I must check my hand 50 times a day to make sure my ring is there. The diamond is my grandmother's so it has double sentimental value!
