Lost Everything

On Wednesday night my bag was stolen from me near Penn Station.
I have cancelled all my credit cards, etc but I had sentimental items in there and all my wedding planning including vendor contacts in my work bag.
I'm upset about it being stolen but I'm really upset because there were pictures in there that can't be replaced.
Everyone is telling me to think positive and the wallet will be gone but I might get the rest of my stuff back. I'm not too optimistic.

i lost my wallet on the streets of manhattan and was really upset but someone actually found it and returned it with everything in it! So have hope you never know what will happen

Sorry! If it makes you feel any better, I lost my wallet at the Tri County Mall parking lot and after I cancelled everything etc., I had a package waiting for me at home - it was my wallet! Someone mailed it to me. The cash (which was very little) was gone, but everything else was there.

Hopefully an honest person will find your purse and things and return it to you!!!!

I lost my entire purse on xmas day - I left it on the back bumper of my car and drove off from my brother's house , after loading up the hatch with all of our gifts.

In OCTOBER, I got a phone call from the director of guidance at a high school between his house & mine - they found my wallet - with everything in it!

10 MONTHS LATER!

kinda creepy that someone held onto my stuff all that time, but I got back my kids baby pics, $150 in gift cards that weren't spent! and some other stuff that only mattered to me.

moral of the story - don't give up hope, it might come back to you, months later...just keep doing the right thing on your part, and good things will happen to you!
