LOST! Speculation and Spuriousness

Tonight is the season finale... 2 hours of Kate probably not dying, Locke annoying me and Sawyer without his shirt on (hopefully!)

These 'answers' have been posted on 'The Fuselage' a Lost website sponsored by the show's creators. Any speculation what the 'questions' could be?

1. It is hollow.

2. Moving on land.

3. The baby has it.

4. The box in the galley.

5. Groups of three.

6. Underwater, to save him.

I've still never watched the show, but caught some of I guess last week's episode that was on last night ... did you tell me there was a dog???? I would have watched!! Although I was pretty surprised they hadn't eaten him ... but apparently the island is full of food, water bottles (??????) and coolers!!

Sure, Vincent the Awesomest Dog Ever! His scene last week made me cry too!

There's also an endless supply of razors, mascara and cute clothes on the island....

If you willingly suspend your disbelief it's not so bad!

Im not a regular watcher of lost, but I try to catch as many episodes as I can. Can I just ask, why didnt the little boy take the dog with him on the boat?

I don't think there was a hard and fast reason, just logic really. They'd have to feed him, not enough room etc...

But Walt (the little boy) gave Vincent (the dog) to Shannon (the spoiled, rich girl) and said the dog helped him through his mother's death, maybe he could help Shannon through Boone's death (her step-brother). It was a really sweet scene.

I know what the 1st question was:
What is going on in Shannons head?

ok,sort of a tangent, but Liz, did you see that Evangline Lilly was#2 on the Maxim Hot 100.

DH was outraged! It was too funny. Claire & Shannon were on the list too, but further down.

Also, remeber when Boone made radio contact in the drug smuggler plan in the tree?

We didnt' know what the vioce said. On one of the previews a whiel back for the finale, they showed that clip & it sounded like they said' WE ARE the survivros of flgiht 815' right after he said it.

I wonder if that means the same flight or a different flight withthe same #s. Probably the latter & that is where ' the others' come from.

Jorge Garcia was on WPLJ today & he siad Hurley see the numbers on the box tonight., but he didn't answer when they asked if the box will be opened.

This has soemthing to do with the Black Rock.
Maybe it is where is the dynamite or where are the numbers?

How are the survirors realted to each other?

Well now I just want to puke! Mr Boots thinks she's hot, but he's an idiot. He's also totally smitten with Sun though, so that makes up for it.

I heard the same thing about Boone's radio transmission!!! I wonder if this will be all Donnie Darko and it's how the space-time continuum can fold in on itself. And maybe 'the others' are the passengers who died. Although, maybe 'the others' were really survivos and these yahoos are dead?

I liked the end where they showed everyone at the airport and on the plane....Funny how Hugo (Hurley) put his thumb up to Walt on the plane.....

So I wonder what could be down the mysterious shaft...Anyone have any ideas??

Okay here are my thought on this crazy episode....

First off I have a feeling all of these peoples lives are intertwined BEFORE they ever got on that plane. We already know that Sawyer had met Jacks father in the bar. Also, when Boone was in the police station so was Sawyer and when Hurley is on TV winning the millions the Koreans have that guy come over. I believe that Hurley and the kid know one another. That thumbs up was just so weird.....maybe Hurley and the kid made the plane crash??? They definetly have weird powers.....

I believe the monster is some type of machine or bird too. When Jack and the girl see the monster its actually a shadow of what looks like a flying thing.....
