LOST WEIGHT FINALLY!!!

between being sick and going on a low sodium diet, ive managed to accidentally get back down to the size i was 2 years agooooo!!!! IM SO EXCITEDDD

wow how long did that take you to do? I am always looking for new diets, however I hate to hear that you were sick.. that's not good news.. hope you are feeling better!!!!!

ive been trying for about 3 weeks now. i cut a lot of calories out (i only drink water now)... and i had to go on a low-sodium diet because my blood-pressure was skyrocketing... so basically it was just diet and exercise.

i was only sick for a day (yesterday), but that couldve been what did it, cuz i tried on the pants today and they fit and i freaked out!

Congrats- How much have you lost already?

everytime i hear that people say they lost weight because they got sick it reminds me of the beoch in Devil Wears Prada when she was like ' im just one stomache flu away from my goal weight!'

Ha! I love that line in Devil wears Prada. Sometimes I think about that too, like having the stomach flu may help.

Yea i love that movie! Especially when she says I dont eat anything all day and when im about to pass out, I eat a piece of cheese lol.
