lots of aisle runner questions

i'm wondering where do you put the monogram? at the beginning of the runner... or after it's all rolled out, on that end??

Where does it start? at the alter? and then is pulled backwards down the aisle?

should it be set up from the beginning? or does it get rolled out when the ceremony begins?

Who rolled yours out?

Okay, bear with me because I forgot my aisle runner at home on the day of the wedding. lol!

The monogram was towards the beginning of the runner facing me as I was walking down the aisle. So I could read it, KWIM? I believe it starts at the altar and is pulled towards the back of the church- it usually gets rolled out right before the ceremony begins- the limo guys usually do this. HTH!

ETA: This picture you can see where the monogram is situated and that the definitely started it at the altar and unrolled it towards the back. HTH!
