lots of DIYs complete! (pix for a limited time)

finished my cardbox (finally!), put my table numbers in frames, and got to see the finished version of our menus and favor placecards (my mom finished those while i was delayed). the menus and placecards are printed on ivory linen paper (so will the programs, but they are still at the printer)

also... my mom's 'surprise' was she made tiny little tissue boxes out of our blue cardstock and put one tissue in each, and wrote a little poem to go with them.

what is inside the favors? they look so pretty and love how it has dual purpose as a placecard.

the cardbox is wrapped with fabric which i bought at joann's -- it's really beautiful and thick

(and i got the boxes for free from joann's)

inside the favors are hersheys hugs and kisses in a clear favorbox with a label i made

i figured out the best size of labels, found a huge pack of them on ebay (like 900 ) that was cheaper than buying anywhere else, and I used their grid/template to design labels. i dont have a color printer so i printed them on my neighbor's printer (she's an 09 bride) and then stuck 'em on

if anyone needs labels for a 3x3 box i have a million
