1) Is it worth it to take a hawaiian cruise from island to island rather than hopping on planes?

3)What is the average cost of a 10-12 day honeymoon there?
4) Thinking of staying somewhere on the west coast for 2 days on the way back...probably San Francisco since we've been to Vegas.
