Lotus Bridal/ The White Gown in Brooklyn

Does anybody have any experiences with these stores? I made appointments there.

No, but i pass lotus all the time - its on ave u - it looks great in there - i would try valentina for bridal - new utrict ave and also alissas on flatlands ave....

I went to Lotus, they were very nice but I did not choose a dress there. I ended up ordering my dress at Valentina's. There are excellent. Highly recommend going there.

i went to Lotus with my friend about 2 weeks ago. There were 2 ladies there. A young lady...about her 20s...and an older lady. The young lady was so nice and polite, but she didn't help my friend. The older lady was rude and had an attitude towards my friend.

I also recommend Valentina's. Not too far from Lotus. And they have some beautiful dresses.

i got my mom's and MOH dress there & my first dress there which i later changed my mind about and got one custom made. Wendy helped us, her family owns the place. she's really nice and helpful so ask for her. anytime i call her she's always super friendly.

ETA: i forgot to mention that was Lotus Bridal.

Definitely go to Valentina's but also go to Doris on 18th Ave and 68th Street. Doris is a little store, but they have tons of dresses and are very reasonable. When I was there getting my MOG gown I met two LIWedding brides in there too. It was funny because they immediately knew who I was just by me talking about my son and DIL to the sales girl.
If you do go to Doris ask for Maria to be your sales girl and Josephine to do your alterations.

P.S. There is also Lestans on Flatlands and Ralph Avenues. Lestans is a big store with two floors.

I bought my dress at Lotus. Wendy was very helpful. I went there 2x and both times I tried on 20 dresses and she didn't seem to mind. I highly recommend the place, also they use the same seamstress as Kleinfelds

My mom and I went to Lotus to look for her MOB dress. My mom was there a couple of times and Wendy helped her. She was SUCH sweetheart and so patient and helpful! My mom hasn't chosen a dress yet so I can't comment about the service after you order there.

I bought my dress at Lotus. They ahve fielded tons of questions for me. They are great. They have less dresses than other places but they are great to work with.
