You can totally have them cut down - I have a friend who does this to all her loubs.
do they end up looking funny tho? i would think that when u get the heels cut down would the front of the shoe tip up since the heel is shorter now....?
i just picked up my loubs last week that i had cut down and they look great...he couldn't cut a lot b/c then it would look weird, but he took about 1/2 inch off which helps alot....it depends on the shoe with how much they can cut off.
