We are looking to have our RD in somewhere like a wine bar/lounge, somewhere in Nassau. We were penciled in at novita, but fh and my mom weren't impressed with their private room. On our list right now are Chalet in Roslyn and Bordeaux in RVC. Any suggestions for a similar type place? It has to have a private room since the RD will be on Friday evening. TIA!

CIRCA in Mineola is a wine bar (but not lounge) my friend had her bridal shower there and everything was great!
Maybe the Vine Wine Bar in Merrick? I've never personally been there, but I've heard it's very good and it seems to be the type of vibe that you are looking for.
