Love My Shoes

DO NOT ORDER FOR LOVEMYSHOES.COM!!!!!

i ordered satin clutches for me BMs there and they came unprotected all together in a box, no bags, no tissue, no packing peanuts...... the satin is all dirty and 1 of the bags is missing 3 rhinestones, this is how they ship!?!? ***

then it takes me 2 days of constant calling to actually speak to someone and i have to wait for a return label from them, then go to ups to return it and then wait for them to ship me replacements........

its their only return policy

IMO way to much work for me something that is all their fault!!!!!

Omg, I would be upset too. That's so ridiculous how they did that but I hope you get everything resolved. Could you go to the store and maybe get a refund or have them ship them to you?

really! i've seen quite a few brides on here post that they've had great experiences with them and always get shoes from there

this is so funny that you posted about them. I was just on their site today, and i looked at their return policies...it's the most confusing thing I've ever read.

I wouldn't even recommend purchasing from their store unless you're abs. positive that you dong plan on returning it. I've heard many complaints about them.
