the wedding i went to this past weekend used them...the flowers were beautiful!! the only bad thing was they forgot to decorate the cake so the RH had to scramble to find flowers to use for the cake...but other than that they did a great job!

I had read some mixed reviews on here originally but went to meet with them since they are my in house florist, not really expecting much, I absolutely LOVED Keyth and am thrilled to be using them, saw our centerpieces last weekend and was so happy!!! ( they also came in under the other 3 florists I had seen previously, but I do get a in house discount)

My wedding was Friday and we used them...my flowers were GORGEOUS! They nailed everything...Melissa was the designer not Keyth. Check out my pics!! I was going for a rustic look...with no roses.

I used them... my flowers were gorgeous. My centerpieces were a pink oasis. My gothic candelabras and the pew bows were gorgeous. I loved the pink rose petals around the cocktail tables and they did a great job with my sea grass escort table arrangement.

But I have to be honest... I was not 100% happy with them. It kills me because of how beautiful everything was but when I do my review (which I am working on) and I rate them it will be a B. Here is why... I used Melissa and she knew the vision for my whole wedding was based on a picture were the girls wore teal dresses and held hot pink flowers. When I got my contract I saw that there were flowers in my bouquet that had the same name as flowers in the girls bouquet. Since my bouquet was white and light pink and theirs was supposed to be hot pink I knew that wasn't right, so concerned I e-mailed Melissa. She called me right away and told me not to worry about it, she knows what it should be and would take care of it.

The morning of... my bouquets show up and they have a TON of white flowers in them. They were not what I wanted at all. When my mom called up, rather then be accommodating they actually argued with her and told us we were wrong. That the contract said the names of the roses that are white. Now first of all I already discussed this with Melissa, but more so, how are we supposed to know the names of roses? We are not florists. It is their job to make sure the flowers are what we want. My mom spent a half hour, the morning of my wedding, pulling out the contract and fighting with Keith instead of having them just take them back and fix them. They eventually did take them and fixed them but they came back smaller and my MOH's wasn't at all what I wanted it to be. It was supposed to be the same as the BMs, but with a few light pink roses in it. Instead it was mostly light pink with some dark pink baby roses. It was beautiful, but wasn't what I wanted and threw off my look.

But what makes me so mad is that my mom killed a half hour of her day which put her behind on getting ready, pushing me getting in my dress back and giving us barely any time to take photos at my house. It also completely stressed my mom out and put her off her game for the whole rest of the day. It wasn't right to keep the MOB on the phone and fight with her on the day of her daughter's wedding. Just own up and fix your mistake. If they had just done that I would have probably given them an A-. But seriously, fighting with us on the morning of my wedding. It was their mistake, not mine.

Lands End Brides - I would use them though, they know the space and despite the bouquet issues... they made my room look beautiful. Plus they do the chinese lanterns. I can't tell you what a difference this made in the room. It gave the room dynamic and looks amazing in my pictures.

By the way... Melissa has since apologized, thus raising them from my original B- rating to a B, at least she knows she screwed up.

I wish I had a picture of the gothic candelabra, it was gorgeous. When I get my Pro Pics scanned.
