Low Cal Low Carb Fat Free Snack

I found an excellent ice cream bar no matter what diet you are on it's Blue Bunny Healthy pop and its a variety box of fudge bars or vanilla/choc fudge bars. It's 50 calories for the fudge /60 for the vanilla fudge Fat free, 5 carbs for the fudge 6 for the vanilla fudge so great for atkins phases 2 through maintenance and get this 0 weight watchers points. They are delicious and no sugar added. Those on Atkins those are the calculated points already minus the fiber and sugar alcohols.

OMG- I love these things. they are prfect when you need something sweet and you don't want to be bad.
