LOW carbers- please help

hi - my mom is coming over for a bbq-
she is on atkins- is there any side dish you can think of that i can make for her that is very low in carbs?

eta- were having pork chops and filet mingnon

homemade cole slaw

tomato/mozzerella salad

'potato' salad using cauliflower instead

Salad

Romaine lettuce
Chopped Walnuts
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Mix it together really well and serve.

If you dont want to use balsamic vinegar because it has a little sugar, you can use any dressing you like, just dont put the oil in. Make sure it is mixed really well.....
