No, not pre-cana, though my sister will be there!!
We are meeting with the church organist to listen to music, etc.
Laura, he sent us a letter and then I called HIM because I wanted to ask about bringing in outside musicians and that is why he set up the meeting. Don't fret, he said he usually calls one month in advance, so we are early. But I am trying to book our strings this week . . . he was SO NICE too, btw. A pleasant experience, the first one I've had with the church!

Just a heads up, if you want strings he 'strongly encourages' you to let him play the organ and sing along with them. Not sure if that's something you want. We had one meeting with him to discuss the fact that we're having strings and we'll have to meet with him again to talk about music selections but we're just having the strings, no organ.
