For those of you that had a Luau for your e-party, what kind of food did you serve?

my mom had a luau for my sisters Grad party...I know we had a hero and salads. But we also had Hawaiian Chicken and rice,some kinda pulled pork. I can ask her what else she had.
You can do a search on luaus in hawaii and alot of sites give you the menus!
Def go on oritental trading for stuff...they got tons! Even party city had some great stuff!
We also had a tikki bar set up which looked great!

oh forgot we also had cold salads...like tuna and chicken salad...we cut pineapples in 1/2 long wise..and filled it w/ the salads. That came out too cute!

A friend of mine had one and they served pulled pork and some fruit salad and a couple of other sides but I can't remember exactly. The table with the food was decorated really cute with a grass skirt all the way around and some other cute decorations from Oriental trading. They also had a tiki bar set up with pina colodas and strawberry daquiris (sp?) as the main drinks.
