so my luggage was supposed to be delivered on fri. my dad was home all day and everyso often would check the fedex tracking # online. all of a sudden it said that someone named Andy signed for my luggage and it was delivered.
no one rang the bell and the driver didnt leave a note as to which neighbor he left the luggage with.
Who is Andy??? and Where is my luggage?? My dad is on the phone w/ fedex at this moment trying to get to the bottom of this mess!!

a similar thing happened to my brother. he had a new cell phone sent to him and someone signed for it that he didn't know. they wound up having to send him a new one.
Good luck! Definitely raise hell with fedex!

one of my neighbors has a grown son named andrew, but my mom went over there and the father said that his son works until 6pm, so it could not have been him....
my dad is on the war path w/ fedex....

my dad spoke to the president of fedex and the driver is going to pick up the luggage from the store and deliver it to my house today.

well, i'm stuck at home today waiting for a moving company to come over (the guy said he'd be here between 10-12) and give me an estimate, so while i'm here i'll be waiting for my luggage as well.....

If FedEx is picking up the luggage from the luggage store then the luggage store must have admitted they received it in error. The luggage stores should not have even signed for that, but since they did at least you have proof where it went.
You should get everything you ordered, but if not you should get reimbursed from FedEx for their error. Make sure BEFORE you sign for the packages that everything is there!
I deal w/ shipping errors all day at my job. Keep us updated!
