interview day at work, so lunch was provided. ate a chicken sandwich with some pasta salad and reg salad.

I meant to order a chicken panini but I ordered over the phone and only said the #. Turns out I ordered mozarella, basil & tomato panini which was good because it's Friday and I shouldn't be eating meat![]()
I'm not catholic but FH is and I have to remind him every friday he can't have meat!!! Lol, I think I secretly enjoy seeing the color drain out of his face lol.
That's why I had tofu today, I try to support that bugger

I just had a ginormous salad with tofu, red peppers, cucumbers, and a whole friggin avocado (I HAVE to eat the whole thing or it will brown) with vegan dressing.
I always wonder.. What is TOFU?
Tofu is made from soybeans (like soymilk) and comes in different consistencies from firm (crumbles like feta cheese) to silk (like pudding).
It is GREAT for you, low fat, high in protein and basically tastes like any sauce it's cooked in. Alot of vegetarians eat it for protein!
People mostly have trouble getting used to the texture.
I'm asian so I grew up eating it and can eat it plain with a little soy sauce!
hmmm... I guess i should go to Whole Foods and buy a little Tofu to try =) ...

He's such a drama queen and will whine and say he 'feels weak'I don't eat meat every day so it's not a big deal to me.
