Whole Foods and Trader's Joes is near my client so im heading there after work ..

i must have a dirty mind.. but that fruit looks like a who-ha. LOL

i'm have 1/2 c of chicken salad on light extra fiber bread (1 pt for 2 slices!) and some green olives on the side
