My coworker brought me a veggie jamaican patty. 350 cals for that little thing. I just had a light and fit yogurt too but I'm still a little peckish

I had to order in for my bosses meeting so I had 2 small slices of pizza (which really equal to one slice of regular store brought) and some salad.

I hear ya about being sick of Smart Ones, I took a week off...but then didn't plan ahead, so it's a plain salad for me...

I hear ya about being sick of Smart Ones, I took a week off...but then didn't plan ahead, so it's a plain salad for me...

I had a chicken caesar salad. I tried to eat healthy today but one of my students brought in cupcakes and my sisters bf brought flying saucers to my house. Oh well gonna try to eat better tomorrow.
