Lunch... Food!!!!!!!

What are we going to eat?!!!

I am thinking of having
Chicken montero, roasted potatoes & mixed veggies
Virginia Ham and swiss cheese with lettuce & tomatoe...
Or
Turkey burger on whole wheat bread...(lettuce & tomato)

You???

Day 3 of South Beach-

Just finished eating a mixed green salad with:
Grilled chicken
Cherry tomatoes
Chick peas
Cucumber
Roasted Red pepper
w/ balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

It was good but they were stingy with the toppings!

i just woke up

and i had honey nut cheerios!

i brought in some left over pasta... carb overload..

Lol, this sounds like me. If I bring snacks or mini-meals 'for the whole day' I'll eat them all way before lunchtime.

well now i can b/c I ran out of food grrrr...so angry w/ myself

that's why i also don't buy lunch - b/c I'll eat the whole thing - and when you buy food vs packing lunch, it's NEVER small.
