Lunch suggestions

Meeting with my friend for lunch. She's preggy and due next month. What should we get for lunch?

How about quiche and a soup or salad? I eat tuna, but I don't think you like that, right?
You an also do chicken breast sandwhiches w/cheese. I would limit or share the fries, in order to save the calories though, or opt for a salad.

I like tuna with mayo and celery. I thought we weren't supposed to eat that. Or is it that we need to eat it only in moderation? I also love quiche!

You can eat tuna in moderation, 1 or 2X per week. I make mine with mayo, celery, some carrot and onion. It has a lot of protein in it, which is very good for you and the baby.

Where are you going for lunch?
