a ricotta and spinach smart one thats acutally good.. followed by two bottles of water and carrots... oh how lucky am i lol!

I'm in love with my lunch today and it's a salad - who woulda thunk it. I asked FH to choose whatever he wants for the salad and it's the most delicious thing I've eaten in such a long time. Big points for FH!!! lol
