Lunch with potential new job....

Ok, so I am having lunch with the President and another partner of the co. that I am considering switching to....

Help me think of all the questions I need to ask to weigh if this move is right for me??

Ask them what are the long-term goals or where they see the company in 3, 5 and 10 years.

Definitely ask something about the corporate culture.

Professional development (ie, training classes, seminars, professional designations, etc...)

Potential career path for someone in the position that you are interviewing for.

Ask them about their work-life balance.

good luck!!!

I heard once never use salt without tasting the food first on a business lunch...it makes it seem that you jump to conclusions and that you don't give something a chance...

Ask about the person who left, why did they leave, how long they had the position, what is a typical day like for the person, what is the growth potential for someone in this position etc etc.
