Ok so my sister and I went shopping at the smith haven mall and FH and I are having our epics taken wednesday so I wanted to get my ering cleaned....

THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TOUCH IT!!!!

There are signs everywhere, both stores they are going out of business!!! So I asked what was going to happen with my warranty... They said I am going to have to send it out every six months in the MAIL to get it cleaned and inspected... I am fuming, so is FH. It is the only time we didn't go through Zales to buy jewelry... I fell in love with this ring and have still seen nothing like it.... But let me tell you... I have had a lot of problems with this ring so far!!! I already lost a stone, after they fixed that they bent the prong for the center stone so it had to go back. I think it has gone in a total of 4 times in the last 8 months... If I wanted a ring with no warranty I would have gone to the diamond district or had one made... Im just really upset.

Thanks for that I posted on the 2010 boards that they were going out of business and people should check them out - I was.

But my friend and her husband were married 2 years ago and they got their bands from there and they have had no problems.
