If your talking about Lynbrook Bridal on Sunrise Highway (wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses), I didn't have a good experience there. The girl that helped me personally was wonderful, but while I was trying on dresses the manager (possibly owner??) yelled at my mom and told her I wasn't to try on any more dresses and that there was a four (4) dress limit!! I never heard this anywhere. I apololized to the girl helping me, got dressed and left. I've been meaning to write them a letter. I was so dissapointed!! : (

Wow - sorry to hear you had such a bad experience there. That's suprising.
My experience with them was wonderful! I ordered my gown and my BM gowns from them. And, the owner of the store (Rose) personally helped me when I was looking - she pulled out the dresses and helped me try them on. She pulled up chairs for my Mom and Grandmother and told them to relax and enjoy the fashion show! She made sure my order was put through, and confirmed everything for me b/c I was a long distance bride (I lived in CA).
I will say the place can get a little crazy on the weekends...so, if you are scheduling fittings, I would recommend doing them during the week if possible, to avoid all the commotion on the weekend (that's what I did!). Otherwise, the place is great! The seamstress did a wonderful job altering my gown, and was very, very patient with me b/c I was very particular about my bustle.
All in all - they get an A+ from me...I was a very happy customer.
