I think I remember some girls on here saying they got their trials done at MAC. Do they come to your house the day of the wedding? How does the trial work, the same as the other make up counters? (they do it for free and you buy the make up?) TIA

Re: MAC for make-up
I had my makeup done from MAC for my engagement pics. I didn't have to buy anything and I went to Macys Herald Square. I guess you could go to teh counter (big risk) or you could arrange to have them come to your house. Talk to the make up artist.
I was in Roosevelt Field yesterday and went into the MAC store there but everyone was so busy so I didnt ask. All the girls there had really nice make up on, so that made me feel good.

Re: MAC for make-up
MAC artists do not come to your house you have to hire the person as an individual artist and not all of the MAC artists are trained equally some have more experience than others....I'm a diehard MAC wearer and shop Roosevelt Field store, did you ever notice how those MAC artists rotate....they can be trained after being hired with no experience in 1-2 weeks that is what one store employee told me they just have to learn all the brushes we customers do the rest.....try hiring a prof with a portfolio instead.

I am having a MAC artist come to my house the day of the wedding. I had a trial session with him and he was great. He has been doing makeup for the pass 4 years. Also his makeup was fawless.
