MAC make-up question

MAC make-up question

So, had my make-up trial @ my hair salon.....HATED IT!

Went to MAC, the girl explained the options, and was wondering if anyone went to MAC on the day of their wedding, or did the MAC girl travel to you?

Or did you do your make-up yourself?

I went to MAC and had my makeup done there. They were great and I use their makeup daily, so I just waited to buy what I needed then I just reminded them to make it understated and elegant, not crazy green and pink eyeshadow

Thank you for responding. I had a trial, and it was awful (not @MAC) when I went there, she said it would be $150 for her to travel, but if I went there, it was free, but I would need to purchase products. Obviously that is a better deal, but I guess brides don't want to go to the mall on the day of? Does this sound familiar at all?

I would go to save the money but only if I had someone else drive me...I would be too nervous!!

My wedding was in the AM so I had my makeup artist come to me and my BP.

I actually hired a mac lady a week before the wedding...she came to my house....let me know if you want her info....she did the trial at the store and just charged the day of....she brought all the makeup so i didn't have to buy anything....

I had Ciara M.A.C. Make up artist come to my house. She did a marvelous job. You can check out my trial and wedding pics. The make up lasted from noon to midnight. She is awesome.

I used Erica, a MAC girl and she was AMAZING!!! I had several makeup trials and wasn't happy with any of them. Erica came to my house day of and cost $150. Her site is:

I wore MAC makeup. Here is the best pic I could find close-up here at work. I have better ones at home. I def reccomend them. My make-up stayed on all night.

I booked with a girl that freelances for MAC. She does free trials and will travel to you the day of the wedding. pics are in album. FM me if you want more info.

i had my makeup done by MAC and i went in for the trial ...then she traveled to my house the day of!
she was excellent!!

I WENT to Mac at Smithhaven Mall day of the wedding. Never had a trial. Just made an appt for me, mom, sis and sis-in-law. All of it came out great. We each bought $50 worth of Mac products and gettting the make-up done was free. Definitiely a lot cheaper and it came out just as good as if I paid $200 for it! :)
