mac users!!! i have a question

SO i went out and bought a mac im so happy!!!! but i have no idea how to use it lol... so i might have a few questions for you girls

how do u save a picture...like if i see a pic on here that i want to save in a folder..how do i do that?? (im so used to right click, save...that i have no idea what to do!)

i just learned this but my mac is at fh apt. lol
i believe if you click on the pic left click on top there is a scissor and you cut and add will come up....but i could be a bit off, bc we just got our mac too

Hold down the ctrl button and the RIGHT side of the clickie thing (yes, technical term) at the same time and then a menu pops up.

I drag it to my desk top, literally hold on to the pic with your mouse, drag it to the main desktop (move the page down a little or to the side by holding on to the gray bar on the top of the webpage, the part that displays the URL, so you can show enough of your desktop to drag the picture to). That will automatically save the picture, then you can upload the picture the way you do with a PC. I hope that made sense!

i do this and then usually click on finder and you can put the picture in a folder. macs seem tricky at first but once you know how to use them they are so easy! good luck

or if the picture wont let you click an drop you can do a selective screen shot which is comman, shift and the 4 button - you then get cross hairs and you kinda drag it to what you want to capture and it goes directly to your desktop.

me too! i still cant figure out when i cut the image to save it saved itself on my dashboard now it wont remove itself from my dashboard. usually i would be able to drag the pic to the trash but these buggers wont budge!
