machine/hand calligraphy ideas

Hi-

About to order invites and want to know what people are paying for machine calligraphy?? Anyone have good experience with a vendor who does this in Manhattan that is reliable and ok priced- just quoted $1.75 per envelope. What other ways of doing the addresses are there? Dont want to print them myself----

Thanks!
