Macy's annoys me - Vent (little long)

I have had Macys Visa for YEARSSSSSS, I spend so much you would think I own stock in the company. Anyway I always shop online too bc with my cc I get free shipping all the time.
So of course, I buy my mom a really nice gift and ordered it online bc they didnt have it in the store and they charged me shipping???? WTH, I was like ok they will just credit my account...ummm nope nothing....so I call and the rep says Well they decided to end the free shipping from Macys.com. So I got pissed off and got snippy, I was like it would be nice to tell your customers so they are aware, Im like this is a scam to get more money from your customers.....my snottiness worked bc she credited me the $12.95

Who the heck does that? How do you change ur policy and write it in 8 point font at the bottom of your website next to three *** so nobody will see it!! Macys is getting on my NERVES!!!

What gets me more is I just placed an order from Macys wedding channel thinking I wouldnt pay shipping....guess I'm gonna have to make another phone call in a few days

I know it Macys get on my nerves sometimes but I am sure they will fix it for you!!!

I have to say Im not surprised.. I had an issue like this with them like 5 years ago and they were so incredibly rude and nasty on the phone to me that I cancelled my card with them and I havent really shopped there since. I shop at Bloomies now.. Clearance section!

My mother wanted one of the villeroy and boch server plates I got at my shower, so I wanted to order her one because it was on sale...

It was on sale for $29.00 down from 50 I think, PLUS shipping and tax, it came out to 50 again!!!

AND I have the BLACK macy's visa! You would think they would show a little appreciation?!

What irks me even more is that there's a ton of stuff that Macy's NEVER stocks in store, and they make you pay shipping for that stuff. If you choose to sell it but not stock it, why should customers have to pay to have it shipped?
