i need to return gifts from my registry...i got duplicates of some things and some are scratched . im not happy with macys at all...i dont have receipts for everything...anyone else try to return something with no receipt?

I think if it's from your registry they will have a record of it so you can make the return?

i don't know..i was reading their website and it says you need a receipt or packing slip to exchange

I registered at Macys and had no problems with returning dupicates and/or broken items. They will give store credit or you can exchange them for something else... Just take the items back to the registry department and tell them what happened
ETA: MAke sure you have a copy of your registry to prove duplicates

i returned a toaster oven that someone bought that wasnt even on my registery! but some how my toaster was taken off... they tried to only give me $40 for it... so i made them go into my registry to look up the purchase, which they did, and i got full price...
