I know they have a bridal section in Manhasset... I was recently told there is now one in Walt Whitman... anyone hear the same or know for sure??

I USED to work there (a long lone time ago) and they had just closed their bridal salon. Unless they re-opened it, I don't know. But I have not heard anything...

As far as I know, the newest Macy's Bridal that has opened is in the Herald Square Macy's. It opened some time earlier this year. Haven't heard anything about Walt Whitman.

Has anyone been there?
I've been to Lake Grove and did not have a good experience. The sales lady was nothing but rude to me, so I walked out (and subsequently refuse to register there or buy anything else there). This decision also stems from other times I've had bad experiances, as well as how they treated fsil when she was an employee there.
Anyways, I hope that if you chose to go there that they are much nicer to you than they were to me.

I did go to Lake Grove, and happened to have a really good experience. Maybe its all about the person who helps you--I had LuAnn--a doll! I would check them out, however, I do hear Manhasset has much more of a selection..........

I really would just go to look-- I heard they are much more pricy than other places... I just prefer Lake Grove mall over driving to Manhasset... but we shall see :)

My BM dresses are from there and they have been very nice and a lot less then Bridal Reflections where I got my dress. And if your registered there you get 10% off the dresses. The only bad thing is the fittings are tues and thurs only. It's hard for people out of town.

I went to Lake Grove and did not have a good experience. I went w/ one of my bridesmaids who also getting married and the woman scolded us for comming in together . So we left and never went back. However, my sister went to Manhasset and they were wonderful to her and also had a nice selection. Even if you are going just to look at the dresses, I know you need an appointment at Lake Grove, not sure about Manhasset, so I would call to make sure.
