i think on the weekends you do since its really busy...i just went during the week with some girls after work and there was no one there and no appt was needed

I would, because that way you have someone that can help you if you need it. You can walk in and just look, but if you are going to try on, etc.. I would make an appt.

I would make one. I went on a Saturday morning with 1 BM without an appointment & they were a little rude about it.

I think if you were to go during the week you wouldnt need one but on the weekend I would suggest one.
I went to the Macys Bridal in the Smith haven mall.....Never again. They were THE rudest people I ever came across in my entire life!!!
I would rather have gone to the Wedding center.
